Lose Fat With Cardiovascular Training

If you do weight training workouts you likely want to build some muscle to look like you’re in shape. However, to get into optimal shape you can’t neglect cardiovascular, or aerobic, training to lose extra body fat. If you add muscle mass you surely don’t want an extra layer of body fat covering up all of your hard work. Do some cardio 3 or 4 times a week for 30-45 minutes to help get rid of the fat.
