Acquire New Achievements with the Halo 3 Skulls

Another new addition to Halo 3 are the Halo 3 skulls. These skulls once obtained can allow the gamer to change their game play by making it more challenging, or changing things such as dialogue or appearance. These skulls are generally placed out of the way so that gamers have to look around in different levels to be able to find them. This however does tend to lead to frustration for many gamers who have no idea where to look. For those gamers, there are many different walkthroughs available for them all over the internet to help them obtain these skulls.

Silver skulls however will not give the gamer, gamer points when they have been found. They do however unlock achievements. There are 4 Silver skulls that are available to be found, and these skulls will change the appearance, dialogue and physics of the game. An example of this would be if the gamer found the IWHBYD skull. Once this skull has been found and the gamer puts it to use, they may hear AI Brutes saying ‘Pie is good’ or hear AI Marines yelling out ‘THIS IS SPARTA!’ during game play.
