Challenge yourself and Find all The Halo 3 Skulls

Another new addition to Halo 3 are the Halo 3 skulls. These skulls once obtained can allow the gamer to change their game play by making it more challenging, or changing things such as dialogue or appearance. These skulls are generally placed out of the way so that gamers have to look around in different levels to be able to find them. This however does tend to lead to frustration for many gamers who have no idea where to look. For those gamers, there are many different walkthroughs available for them all over the internet to help them obtain these skulls.

There are two different categories for the Halo 3 skulls. There are the Gold skulls and Silver Skulls. Both of these categories do achieve something different. With the Gold Skulls there are 9 in total that can be found. Once the gamer has found a gold skull for the first time they will achieve 10 gamer points. When all 9 gold skulls have been collected, the gamer will unlock the body and shoulder Hayabusa armor that can be used for their online character. The gold skulls can affect game play by making the game more challenging.
