Although a little stimulation is good for you, too much caffeine tends to make the mind race and mistakes can happen.
Likewise with any caffeine based drink such as Cola or Red Bull. Too much of these and you will find it hard to sleep or relax once your days work is complete. Heavy meals can make you tired and lethargic so smaller regular meals are better than one big dinner at the end of the day. Drink plenty of water too, to keep the body free of toxins and keep the mind alert.
Exercises you can do include twisting the neck slowly clockwise then counter clockwise to keep the neck joints and muscles in shape. Stretch your legs and avoid having the backs of you knees from resting on the front of your chair as this can reduce circulation to the legs and cause cramps.
