Protecting Lawn Ornaments From Theft

Another problem with some types of lawn ornaments is that they can get picked up rather easily by the wind when bad weather is near. If they are not secure in the ground, they could fly off, and could even hurt someone when they land. If they are not heavy enough, they could also be broken by the wind. Some could go so far that you may never see them again. This is a problem when strong thunderstorms or even tornados come through. If you have seen the wind pick up a small swimming pool that has water in it, you know the same could happen to anything else that is smaller.
