Sales Techniques

You cannot go into most stores without being approached by salesperson. Many times these people are very helpful, the other times you have to question their sales techniques. I know that each person sells in a different way, and that each company has a different strategy when it comes to selling, but I often wonder what some people are thinking. The last thing I want when I enter a store is to be pressured, though most people think this is the way to sell.
Though each person has their own sales techniques, they often are driven by what their particular company wants them to do. If you have ever walked into a store and experienced a very hard sell, you know how irritating this can be.
